Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) - Sign-On Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to work with children aged Birth-5 years, providing creative therapeutic interventions in various settings such as sensory gyms, preschools, and homes.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing individual and group therapy sessions
• Conducting and documenting occupational therapy evaluations
• Communicating with supervisors, families, and education teams
• Maintaining accurate records for attendance and billing
• Participating in case management, IEP/IFSP progress reports, and team meetings
• Performing evaluations in multiple environments and developing functional goals

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License (new grads welcome pending licensure)
• Strong communication, collaboration, time management, and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and families, with high integrity and empathy
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and work independently
• Bilingual skills are a plus
