Pediatric Occupational Therapist - Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN

About the Role
As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Our team is dedicated to treating young patients with individualized one-on-one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to integrate skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life.

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized one-on-one occupational therapy for pediatric patients (birth to age 21).
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans to meet each child’s needs.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and a multi-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
- Deliver best-in-class care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and focus more on patient care.
- Participate in mentorship, peer-to-peer learning, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain reasonable caseloads to prioritize individualized treatment plans.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
