About the Role

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Our team is dedicated to treating young patients with individualized one-on-one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to integrate skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized one-on-one occupational therapy for pediatric patients (birth to age 21).
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans to meet each child’s needs.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and a multi-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
  • Deliver best-in-class care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Utilize ScribeIQ (AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and focus more on patient care.
  • Participate in mentorship, peer-to-peer learning, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain reasonable caseloads to prioritize individualized treatment plans.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia.
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Passion for working with pediatric patients and a collaborative team environment.
