About the role

We’re seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. You’ll provide personalized, in-clinic therapy through evaluations and individualized treatment plans designed to meet each child’s unique needs. With 80% of our clients receiving multiple services, this is a truly collaborative, interdisciplinary setting—complete with opportunities for co-treats alongside Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, BCBAs, and Mental Health providers. Your work will empower children to reach their fullest potential and use new skills to thrive in daily life, while you continue to grow your clinical expertise in a supportive environment.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and Illinois state license in good standing.

  • Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, including ADLs, daily routines, play, and feeding.

  • Able to sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly; lift up to 45 lbs.

  • Adequate vision and hearing for written and verbal communication.

  • Comfort working in an environment with moderate noise levels.
