About the role

We are seeking a confident, growth-minded Occupational Pediatric Therapist to join our clinician-led team at The New Jersey Doctors of Physical Therapy. Our practice is the largest PT-owned in the state and is known for providing 5-Star Standard physical therapy care. You will be part of a supportive team that offers competitive compensation and benefits, including a structured mentorship program and opportunities for clinical development.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with an experienced team of Doctors of Physical Therapy
  • Bring your pediatric occupational therapy expertise to our interdisciplinary practice
  • Participate in 1:1 mentorship sessions and clinical collaboration
  • Evaluate, assess, and make sound clinical decisions based on best evidence, provider expertise, and patient values
  • Expand your clinical lens through exposure to imaging, diagnostics, and lab data
  • Engage in advanced case discussions, treatment roundtables, and meaningful clinical collaboration

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Licensure to practice in New Jersey
  • Experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Total compensation package valued up to $130,000+, including benefits

Schedule

  • 1–2 patients per hour
