About the role
We are seeking a confident, growth-minded Occupational Pediatric Therapist to join our clinician-led team at The New Jersey Doctors of Physical Therapy. Our practice is the largest PT-owned in the state and is known for providing 5-Star Standard physical therapy care. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an experienced team of Doctors of Physical Therapy
- Bring your pediatric occupational therapy expertise to our interdisciplinary practice
- Participate in 1:1 mentorship sessions and clinical collaboration
- Evaluate, assess, and make sound clinical decisions based on best evidence, provider expertise, and patient values
- Expand your clinical lens through exposure to imaging, diagnostics, and lab data
- Engage in advanced case discussions, treatment roundtables, and meaningful clinical collaboration
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Licensure to practice in New Jersey
- Experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Schedule
- 1–2 patients per hour
