Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Help children improve motor skills, sensory integration, and independence in daily activities
• Deliver individualized treatment plans that are functional, playful, and evidence-based
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support carryover at home and school
• Monitor progress, complete documentation, and adapt therapy strategies as needed
• Empower kids with developmental delays, sensory processing issues, ASD, and more

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active or eligible OT license

Qualifications

• Passionate about pediatric rehabilitation
• Experience working with children with developmental delays, sensory processing issues, ASD, and more
• Ability to deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
