About the role

Our outpatient clinic operates Monday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM, providing excellent work-life balance while allowing you to focus on meaningful clinical work. Responsibilities

  • Complete initial and ongoing assessments of children’s physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
  • Develop and deliver customized therapy plans addressing sensory processing, fine motor development, and self-care skills
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and team members to ensure consistent, coordinated care
  • Provide parent education and home-based strategies to support continued progress
  • Recommend adaptive tools or techniques to enhance daily function and participation
  • Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with pediatric therapy standards
  • Engage in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary care planning

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
  • License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as an Occupational Therapist

Schedule

Monday through Thursday, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
