Location: State of the Art Sensory Gym – White Plains, NY
Status: Fee for Service and/or Full-Time
Hours: 1-5 days/week with flexible schedule

Compensation

- Fee for Service: $68-$70/hour OR
- Full-Time, salary: $60,000-$67,000 annually *option to take summers off*

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
  • Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
  • Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
  • Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
  • Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
  • Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
  • Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

Background

  • Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current New York State Occupational Therapy License
  • Bilingual is a plus
