Pediatric Nurse RN or LPN, Hutchinson

About the role

Pediatric Home Service provides 1:1 pediatric home health care, helping children with medical complexities grow and thrive safely at home. We are looking for experienced RNs and LPNs to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to children with medical complexities, including those with g-tubes and autism.
• Support clients with daily living activities and medical needs.
• Document client progress and communicate with healthcare providers.
• Adapt to individual client needs and preferences.

Requirements

• Prior experience with g-tubes and supporting individuals with autism is required.
• Flexible schedule available, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid state license to practice as an RN or LPN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with ventilators, trachs, and g-tubes is a plus.

Pay

• Competitive hourly rates based on experience and qualifications.
• $4,000 sign-on bonus for new hires.
• Shift differentials: $2 per night and $2 per weekend.
