Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to complete our pediatric hospitalist team in Montgomery, AL. Our team includes in-house neonatologists and affiliated professionals, such as neonatal nurse practitioners, developmental pediatricians, cardiologists, MFMs, and pediatric surgeons. Together, we provide comprehensive newborn services.

About the role

Flexible work schedule with 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, consisting of a combination of in-house coverage and call from home. Neonatologist support and backup are available as needed and for all high-risk situations.

  • Patient assessments
  • ER admissions
  • Rounding on newborns

Requirements

  • Current APRN national specialty certification (NNP, PNP, PNP-AC)
  • Minimum of a master’s degree

Unable to consider FNPs for this position.
