Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing support in a school setting. Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
• Monitor and assess changes in students' physical and psychosocial conditions
• Collect, analyze, and document health information and nursing observations
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student health needs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in the state of practice
• Current BLS/CPR Certification
• Current TB Test or Chest X-Ray
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
• Passion for providing high-quality care in an educational setting

$30–$36/hour

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | First Shift | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
