Pediatric Neuroradiologist
About the role
Phoenix Children's is recruiting a full‑time Pediatric Neuroradiologist to join one of the nation’s largest and most complex freestanding pediatric health systems. The position offers the option for a 100% pediatric neuroradiology practice, a flexible hybrid schedule, and real work‑life balance. The role encompasses the full spectrum of pediatric neuroimaging within a large, quaternary referral population. The Department of Radiology comprises 29 radiologists (Neuro 8, Body 14, IR 4, Emergency 3) and is supported by a full‑time PhD Imaging Scientist with academic ties to the Barrow Neurological Institute. Phoenix Children's is undergoing major expansion, developing additional hospital and outpatient facilities across the region and expanding its radiology faculty across multiple subspecialties. The department maintains active academic appointments with the University of Arizona College of Medicine (Phoenix), Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine (Scottsdale), and Creighton University School of Medicine (Phoenix), runs three ACGME‑accredited Pediatric Radiology fellow positions, offers dedicated advanced fellowship training in Pediatric Neuroradiology and Pediatric Interventional Radiology, and supports a robust clinical and translational research program. The Phoenix Metro Area is one of the fastest‑growing regions in the country; a new pediatric hospital featuring 60 NICU beds, six operating rooms, and a 24‑room Emergency Department is slated to open in February 2027.
