Pediatric Neuroimmunologist

About the role

Nemours Children's Health is seeking a full-time Neuroimmunologist to join our team in Wilmington, DE. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team within the Department of Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-call coverage as part of the service team
• Serve as attending physician during designated weeks
• Conduct regular specialty clinics in addition to a share in general neurology clinics
• Teach and mentor residents and medical students with emphasis on your specialty area
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to research activities

Qualifications

• MD, DO or equivalent clinical doctoral degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an ACGME Accredited Pediatric Residency Program and a Neurology Fellowship Program
• Board Certification in Pediatric Medicine and Board Eligibility/ Certification in Neurology
• Eligibility to obtain valid DEA and Medical licensure in the state of Delaware
• An academic record commensurate with appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate or full Professor
