Pediatric Nephrologist

About the role

Pediatric Nephrologist, board certified or eligible, responsible for providing specialized care to pediatric patients at a growing hospital-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient and inpatient pediatric nephrology services, including dialysis (PD and HD), in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Rounding on dialysis patients in outpatient and inpatient settings, including PICU and pediatric units.
• Participate in the growth of the pediatric nephrology program, leveraging a strong referral network.
• Engage in clinical duties within a comprehensive pediatric hospital environment, including neonatal, emergency, and specialty care.
• Contribute to a team of pediatric specialists across multiple disciplines and support services.
• Support the hospital’s commitment to quality improvement, teaching, and research initiatives.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatric Nephrology.
• Strong interest in pediatric growth and development of nephrology services.
• Experience with dialysis modalities is preferred.
