Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric patients with complex needs such as feeding tubes, tracheostomies, and medication administration
- Deliver high-quality clinical care, ensuring outstanding outcomes in a patient-centered environment
- Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support patients and families effectively
Qualifications & Skills
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state; compact licenses must transfer within 90 days
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training available after hire)
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Preferred: Six months of hands-on nursing experience
