• Position Overview
  Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support multiple pediatric clients in the Camden, NJ area — including a 3-month-old infant requiring attentive, developmentally appropriate 1:1 care.

• Key Responsibilities
  - Individualized pediatric care — Deliver safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing
  - Clinical monitoring & documentation — Observe, record, and communicate changes in condition
  - Family-centered support — Partner with families to promote comfort and stability
  - Safe home environment — Ensure infection control and proper equipment use

• Pay Rates
  LPN: $40/hr

• Available Shifts
  - Day shifts
  - Evening shifts
  - Overnight shifts

• Qualifications
  - Active New Jersey RN or LPN License
  - Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
  - Current BLS Certification
  - Authorized to work in the U.S.
  - Valid driver’s license preferred
  - Physical exam within the past 12 months
  - PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
  - Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
  - Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
