Pediatric LPN

Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced and compassionate Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to a pediatric client in the comfort of their home in Manhattan, NY.

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN with ventilator and tracheostomy experience who is looking for a consistent schedule and the opportunity to provide personalized care to a 9-month pediatric patient in a one-on-one home environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to a pediatric patient
• Work closely with the patient's family and clinical team to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care

Requirements

• Active New York State LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• At least one year of recent nursing experience preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years, if applicable
• Proof of MMR immunity with lab report

Pay

$40.00 per hour
