Requirements

  • Active LVN license in state of practice (or multistate license, if applicable)
  • Current BLS/CPR certification (in person, not online)
  • G-tube, trach, or ventilator experience or willingness to train

Pay

Hourly rates are 27.00 and 21.00 depending on experience.

The schedule is Full-Time/Part-Time.
