About the role

Pediatric home health nursing at Care Options for Kids is a specialized role designed for LPNs who want to provide focused, one-on-one care in the home. This role allows LPNs to work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership, supporting pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care in the home setting
• Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
• Deliver care with confidence and consistency
• Build meaningful patient relationships
• Receive clear direction and support from the clinical team
• Participate in 24/7 on-call support

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
