About the role
At Care Options for Kids, pediatric home health nursing is intentionally different. Instead of juggling multiple patients and constant interruptions, you provide one-on-one care in the home, allowing you to focus fully on your patient and deliver care with confidence and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
- Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
- Provide one-on-one care in the home setting
- Deliver care with confidence and consistency
- Focus on building meaningful patient relationships
- Receive clear direction and support from the clinical team
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
Qualifications

Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of pediatric care and nursing practices
- Experience with G-tubes, trachs, and vents (or willingness to train)
