In this role, you'll support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs while working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership. This position offers stability, support, and the ability to make a real difference in a child's life.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care in the home setting
• Support pediatric patients with skilled nursing needs
• Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership
• Thrive in a role that values meaningful patient relationships, clear direction, and the reassurance of support being available when needed

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
• Valid driver's license
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric care
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
