About the Role
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides one-on-one pediatric home health care, focusing fully on individual patients to deliver consistent and confident nursing support. You will collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership to support children with skilled nursing needs.
Responsibilities
- Providing personalized in-home care tailored to each child's needs
- Following clear plans of care with RN oversight
- Maintaining safety and safety protocols in line with CDC guidelines
- Using PPE and adhering to safety standards
- Utilizing an employee portal for shift requests and communication
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN or Multistate License
- TB test (PPD or QF) and BLS CPR certification (in-person required)
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with G-tube, trach, vent preferred or willingness to train
