Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Affirmed Home is offering $40.00 per hour and $125.00 per visit!!

Responsibilities

- Provide compassionate, skilled care to pediatric patients in their homes. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Assist with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, and dressing. - Document patient care in medical records accurately and timely. - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in an acute care setting (home care experience a plus). - Valid CT LPN license. - BLS certification. - Physical exam within the past year. - PPD/QuantiFERON within the past year OR chest x-ray within 5 years. - Driver’s license (preferred). - Authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Flexibility to work various shifts including 12-hour days and overnight shifts.
