Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

Join Affirmed Home Care – Connecticut's Premier Concierge Home Care Agency. We currently have active pediatric cases available and are especially interested in nurses experienced in caring for medically fragile children with complex medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the comfort of your patient's home
• Care for medically complex pediatric clients
• Focus entirely on your patient, deliver high-quality individualized care
• Make a lasting impact on a child's life
• Shifts are typically 8–12 hours, with flexible day and night shift scheduling options available

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
• Pediatric, home care, PICU, NICU, or medically complex patient experience strongly preferred
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable providing skilled nursing care to medically fragile pediatric patients
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license
