Pediatric ICU Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑acuity care to critically ill and recovering newborns in a 131‑bed Level IV NICU.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, academic environment.
• Participate in advanced neonatal practices and transport services.
• Engage in ongoing clinical education and evidence‑based care improvements.
• Work flexible shifts of 12 or 24 hours to ensure comprehensive neonatal care.

Qualifications and Skills

• Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with neonatal care experience.
