• Beeper Call Schedule (per week): Monday – Friday

• Shift Times: 24‑hour beeper call (8 a.m. – 8 a.m.)

• Provider Minimum Shifts Required: 15‑20 per month

• Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: 24‑Hour Beeper Call – Orientation, 24‑Hour Call, Call‑Back

Requirements

• Pediatric Residency required
• Pediatric Board Certified or Board Eligible required
• Active medical license (state not specified)
• DEA registration required
• Board Certification: BC only
• Skills/Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP

Additional Details

Looking for one provider to cover all shifts from 11/21/2026 to 12/1/2026. HFNC procedures are preferred but not necessary.
