About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled pediatric home healthcare in Chicago neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient conditions
- Document care
- Ensure safety and effectiveness of the environment and equipment
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN or RN license
- Active BLS and CPR certifications
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- At least one year of nursing experience preferred
