About the Role

Pediatric Home Service provides 1:1 pediatric home health care, helping children with medical complexities grow and thrive safely at home.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to children with medical complexities
• Support children in their daily routines and activities
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols and equipment usage
• Communicate regularly with parents and healthcare providers
• Adapt care plans based on client needs and progress

Requirements

• Current RN license or LPN license in Kansas
• Experience in pediatric care preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passing scores on relevant certification exams

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of pediatric care and medical equipment

Pay

• Sign-on bonus available
• +$2 per night shift
• +$2 per weekend shift

• Varying schedules available
• Flexible end times for DAY positions
• Evenly distributed Fridays/Saturdays for NIGHT positions
