Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized care to pediatric clients at their homes
• Assess and document client needs and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of North Carolina
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Experience in pediatric care is preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable working with a variety of clients and acuity levels

Pay

• $29–32/hour in Piedmont Triad Area (including weekend and overnight differentials)

Schedule

• Full-time, Part-time, and PRN options available
• Shifts include Daytime, Evening, and Overnight
• No weekend requirement
