Pediatric Home Care Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and empathetic care to patients in their homes.
• Participate in 24/7 local support from operators and clinicians.
• Utilize tablets provided in patients' homes for electronic documentation.

Requirements

• Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in your state of practice.
• Have a current CPR certification with a hands-on component.
• Pass a TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed (LPN/LVN).
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification required (Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire).
• TB skin test required (within the last 12 months).
• Reliable transportation is a must.

Schedule
