Pediatric Hematology & Oncology Faculty Opportunity
Baystate Health is a not-for-profit, integrated healthcare system with four hospitals and 80+ practices in western Massachusetts. Baystate Children’s Hospital is a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center with subspecialists across 15 pediatric divisions. Our 107-bed facility includes the region’s only PICU and level III NICU, as well as a designated 24-hour pediatric ED and outpatient specialty services.
About the role
Join our team of 3 pediatric hematologist-oncologists and 1 APP in our mission of providing exemplary patient-centered care to children with the full spectrum of hematology/oncology disorders. This is a 0.75 FTE position that qualifies for a great benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care to pediatric patients with hematology/oncology disorders
- Serve as a clinical educator for medical students, pediatric and med/ped residents, and APP students with a faculty appointment to UMass-Chan Medical School- Baystate
- Participate in scholarship including clinical, QI, and outcomes-based research
Our division is a full member of the Children’s Oncology Group. All inpatients are covered by resident services.

Pay
Base salary of between $205,000 - $278,000 (based on 1.0 FTE, experience level, and qualifications) with annual incentive bonus opportunities.
