About the role
The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek a candidate for an Associate or Full Professor positions in the non-tenure clinician educator track.
Responsibilities
- Expertise in the specific area of a clinical focus in foot and ankle pathology.
- Must have an M.D or M.D/Ph.D or equivalent degree.
- Must demonstrate excellent qualifications and clinical care and must be board certified/board eligible by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
- Teaching responsibilities may include participation in the clinical education of medical students, residents and fellows.
- Clinical responsibilities may include providing outpatient and inpatient consultative services to patients.
- Research or scholarship responsibilities may include clinical or orthopaedic basic science research and will be dependent on the candidate's interests and independent support.
- Evidence of scholarship is required for the Clinician Educator track.
Requirements
