Pediatric ENT Aerodigestive Navigator

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in science of nursing
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years pediatric nursing experience required
• Licensure/ Certification: Current Illinois Nursing License. Current BLS from the American Heart Association. Current PALS from the American Heart Association
• Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Demonstrated clinical expertise and sound judgment in managing complex pediatric patients. Excellent teaching skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Proven ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and foster collaborative relationships across specialties. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple aspects of patient care. Commitment to delivering compassionate, family-centered care in a culturally sensitive and supportive manner.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Experience: Prior experience in ENT, Pulmonology, Critical Care, or Aerodigestive specialty. Demonstrated expertise in tracheostomy management, airway emergencies, and/or complex care coordination.

Pay

Pay range for this position is $34.25 - $51.13/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is a Salaried position. Sign On Bonus Eligible! $10,000 with a 2 year work commitment!
