This facility is seeking a Pediatric Endocrinology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Start date: ASAP.
Facility located in Spokane, WA, offering indoor and outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, biking, lakes, Broadway shows, art galleries, museums, shopping, and regional cuisine.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM clinic hours with 24‑hour beeper call; coverage needed one week per month on an ongoing basis. Available shifts: 8; on call.
Practice Setting
Inpatient and outpatient settings.
Responsibilities
Manage Pediatric Endocrinology cases including diabetes management, new patient consults, and follow‑ups; see 8–10 patients per day; minimal weekend rounding during call coverage.
Requirements
- Board Certified (required)
- Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) (required)
- Active Washington license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) accepted
- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
