About the role

The Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Heart Institute is seeking a skilled pediatric electrophysiologist to join our multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates should be board-certified in pediatric cardiology with at least one additional year of fellowship training in pediatric electrophysiology. The candidate must hold IBHRE certification, as well as certification as either a CCDS or CEPS-P, with CEPS-P being preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute new expertise to our programs
• Device implantation and catheter ablation
• Work within a multidisciplinary team
• Handle 90-100 EPS/ablation procedures and 25 device implants in the cath lab per year
• Support the growth of an accredited adult congenital heart program

Requirements

• Board-certified in pediatric cardiology
• Additional fellowship training in pediatric electrophysiology
• IBHRE certification
• CCDS or CEPS-P certification, with CEPS-P preferred

Qualifications

• Experience in device implantation and catheter ablation
• Ability to work in a dynamic and experienced team
• Knowledge of the hospital's facilities and services
