This role involves providing comprehensive pediatric nutritional assessments and care in an outpatient setting across multiple clinics, supporting diverse patient populations. Based at a modern facility near the hospital campus, the position offers a broad clinical experience with opportunities to serve as a resource, mentor, and educator for healthcare providers, students, and the community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics
- Registration as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Massachusetts licensure as a licensed Dietitian
- For Level II: 3+ years of dietetics experience, including at least 2 years in pediatric nutrition
- For Level I: Completion of an ACEND-accredited internship program
Responsibilities
- Providing outpatient nutritional care and developing personalized nutrition plans based on patient assessments
- Evaluating medical, biochemical, and nutritional data to determine patient needs
- Serving as a resource, mentor, and educator for healthcare teams, students, and the public
- Supporting initiatives to enhance clinical practice and community engagement
