Private group practice in Salem, Oregon seeking a future partner for a Temp-to-Full-Time position. Employer will assist with relocation costs.

Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric dental care with a focus on delivering high-quality, compassionate treatment.

- Contribute to practice growth and development with an ownership mindset.
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of a pediatric dental residency program.
- Active Oregon dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Interest in or experience with practice ownership is a plus.
