Responsibilities

• Provide dental treatments including routine cleanings, extractions, fillings, cavity and tooth decay treatments, teeth whitening, bonding, and applications of crowns, caps, and veneers
• Demonstrate strong diagnostic skills with expertise in oral surgery, simple restorative, and palliative care
• Utilize best practices, evidence-based dentistry, and ADA standards of care
• Educate patients on oral health and set medical/dental health goals
• Follow infection control and OSHA regulations
• Adhere to state, federal, and governmental rules and regulations
• Build strong patient relationships to enhance retention
• Execute company standards, processes, and procedures for consistent patient experience
• Balance operational targets with exceptional patient care

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. dental program
• Completed pediatric residency and board certification or eligibility (preferred), or 2 years of pediatric experience
• Active, unrestricted state dental license
• CPR/BLS certification
• DEA license (if performing sedation or prescribing medication)
• Ability to pass background screening, drug testing, and obtain Real ID for base access
