About the role

Absolute Dental is seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist or Kids-Focused General Dentist to join their growing team in Las Vegas.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care (exams, sealants, restorations, extractions, space maintainers, etc.)
• Educate children and parents on oral hygiene and preventative care
• Foster a welcoming, calm environment for young patients
• Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to ensure continuity of care

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Start 5 days a week — we are flexible on scheduling, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role
• Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency or 1+ years of pediatric experience
• Active Nevada Dental License or eligibility to obtain
• Strong communication skills, patience, and ability to connect with children and parents
• Team-oriented approach with a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Pay

Pay Range: $250,000 - $450,000+ annually, based on experience and production
