Pediatric Dentist In Arizona

We are seeking a Part-Time (2-3 days) Board Eligible or Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist for our offices in Goodyear, Surprise, and/or Buckeye, AZ.

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right Pediatric Dentist. You will provide treatment in our fully-equipped pediatric and orthodontic dental facilities, supported by trained staff and an excellent management team.

• Partner with our orthodontic team to provide optimal dental care for children
• Travel to various dental practices in the area

Requirements

• Current Dental License for the state of Arizona
• Pediatric Certificate from an accredited U.S. Dental University
• Oral Conscious Sedation Certificate per State requirement (preferred, but not required)
• Current CPR Card
• NPI Number
• DEA Certificate
