Role Overview: A part-time Pediatric Dentist provides in-office surgical care alongside a Dental Anesthesiologist, focusing on pediatric patients in underserved communities. The role involves delivering comprehensive surgical and restorative treatments under sedation, collaborating with anesthesiology staff to ensure safe and efficient case flow, and partnering with office teams to maintain patient-centered, compliant care. Key Responsibilities Perform surgical and restorative procedures for pediatric patients under sedationWork closely with Dental Anesthesiologist to coordinate case managementDeliver safe, efficient, and confident clinical careCollaborate with staff to ensure compliance and patient satisfaction Qualifications & Skills DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited programCompletion of a CODA-accredited Pediatric Dentistry residencyActive or eligible dental licenseCurrent BLS/PALS, DEA, and state-specific sedation certificationsNitrous Oxide certification as required by state Additional Information: The practice is equipped with digital x-ray systems, fiber-optic handpieces, and specialized support staff.
