- Guaranteed minimum compensation of $1,400 per clinical day

- Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including screening, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Perform pediatric dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, pulpotomies, frenectomies, and sealants, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Educate children and parents on preventive care and effective oral hygiene practices
- Collaborate with orthodontists, specialists, and healthcare providers as needed to deliver comprehensive care
- Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry through continuing education
- Create a welcoming, fear-free environment using behavior management techniques and sedation when appropriate
