The Opportunity

The practice has a long-standing reputation for excellent pediatric dental care and offers an experienced team, established patient base, and strong clinical support. This is a doctor-owned, independent practice (not a DSO).

Schedule

• Full-time preferred; part-time considered with a 4-day workweek
• No evenings or weekends

Clinical Environment

• Modern, fully digital practice in one office location with advanced technology
• Full clinical autonomy with mentorship available from an experienced, long-tenured team
• Comprehensive pediatric dentistry including sedation and general anesthesia

Compensation & Benefits

• Earnings: Approximately $1,250-$1,500/day per diem initially, transitioning to approximately 35-36% of net collections
• Incentives: Highly competitive potential based on experience and productivity; sign-on and/or relocation assistance may be available
• Healthcare: Medical/healthcare stipend provided
• Professional Coverage: Malpractice/professional liability coverage, CE paid, and licensing/professional expenses as applicable
• Work-Life Balance: Christmas through New Year's off, plus an additional week off during the summer

Who We're Looking For

• The ideal candidate is a DDS/DMD and a graduate or graduating resident of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency
• Tennessee licensed or eligible for Tennessee licensure
• Board eligible/certified preferred
• Clinically strong, kind, positive, and team-oriented
• Excellent with children and parents
• Comfortable with (or willing to train in) sedation and general anesthesia
• New Graduates Welcome: Exceptional new graduates are encouraged to apply as the practice provides strong mentorship
