About the role
The Pediatric Dentist will be part of a growing dental organization focused on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will be licensed in New Jersey with a specialty in pediatric dentistry.
Responsibilities
- Great emphasis on treatment planning and practice philosophy based on Dental Quality Alliance and Institute of Medicine Principles of Optimal Dental Care.
- Treatment of a socioeconomically diverse patient population, accepting most dental insurances.
- Flexible schedule allowing 8-hour and 10-hour shifts with weekday/weekend/evening cycles.
- Opportunities for in-house continuing education.
- Training on Laser Dental/Soft Tissue Surgery, Practice Management, Implants, Invisalign, and more.

Requirements
- DDS/DMD licensed and currently in New Jersey.
- Pediatric Dentistry Specialty license.
