Chord Specialty Dental Partners is a leading, multi-specialty Dental Support Organization (DSO) supporting preventive services, diagnostic imaging, and restorative dental care across more than 60 locations in six states. Our goal is to provide high-level business and operational support, allowing dental care teams to focus on patient-centered care for infants to adolescents in a fun, welcoming environment.

About the role

This opportunity is open to both experienced providers and recent graduates of pediatric residency programs. Patient care is the utmost priority, and our philosophy is to give talented providers autonomy while providing all necessary support and resources for success.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including preventive services, diagnostic imaging, and restorative treatments.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state of care; must be in good standing or eligible for licensure.
• Active state-specific anesthesia restricted 2 license (to administer nitrous oxide).
• Other certifications as required by state, including DEA, CPR, and PALS.
• No sanctions for Medicare, Medicaid, or any licensing board.
