Pediatric Critical Care (LPN/RN)

About the Role

Join our team in Mechanicsburg, Carlisle, and surrounding areas to provide care for young pediatric trach-vent clients. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to pediatric clients with trach and vent needs
• Administer nursing care according to the client's plan of care
• Monitor and document client conditions and progress
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• Experience with Critical Care, NICU, PICU, or Home Trach-Vent preferred

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

• $36/hour for Day shifts
• $40/hour for Night shifts

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling, including PT to FT options
• Shifts available Monday-Sunday
• No weekend or holiday requirements (all optional)
