Pediatric Clinic Director & Partner (PT, OT, or SLP License Required)
Ivy Rehab for Kids is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner to help grow a successful outpatient pediatric therapy clinic. This role combines clinical excellence with business savvy, allowing you to focus on patient care while we handle the administrative aspects.
About the Role
You will lead a clinic that provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services to children. You will also manage the business operations of the clinic, including marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of therapists providing high-quality pediatric therapy services
- Manage the business operations of the clinic, including marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the clinic and attract new patients
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain clinic accreditation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community partners to enhance patient care
- Provide ongoing professional development and support for clinic staff
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program
- Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state required
- Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred

Schedule
We are flexible regarding the schedule, but the clinic will operate during typical office hours.
