As a Pediatric Clinic Director, you'll combine clinical excellence with leadership, providing exceptional therapy services while guiding a collaborative team dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based pediatric therapy services within your discipline while maintaining a patient caseload.
- Lead day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring exceptional patient experiences and high-quality clinical outcomes.
- Supervise, mentor, and support clinicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
- Partner with families and caregivers to develop individualized treatment plans that promote functional independence and developmental success.
- Career development through coaching, education, and performance feedback.
- Build relationships within the local community to promote pediatric therapy services and clinic growth.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements.
Requirements
- Qualified candidates may include: Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Additional qualifications: Current Florida licensure (or eligibility) in your respective discipline. Pediatric clinical experience required. Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred. Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills. Passion for family-centered pediatric care and team development. CPR certification.
