Pediatric Caregiver Weekends

About the role

Phoenix Home Care is looking for a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide one‑on‑one support for a pediatric client in St. Clair. This weekend position allows parents to rest, recharge, and take care of things while knowing their child is in caring and capable hands. The caregiver will help with the child's daily routine, personal care, age‑appropriate activities, and light household chores related to the child.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one care and supervision
• Assist with personal care and daily routines
• Help with activities, meals, and other needs throughout the day
• Complete light household chores related to the child
• Provide companionship and a safe, supportive environment
• Give parents meaningful time to step away and recharge

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Previous experience working with children is a plus

$21 per hour

Schedule

Saturday & Sunday, 10 AM – 4 PM
