About the role
Phoenix Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a school-age pediatric client in Kansas City.
Responsibilities
- Support the client's morning routine before school
- Help with after-school routines and activities
- Provide direct support, supervision, and companionship
- Aid in daily living activities as needed
- Encourage positive engagement and independence
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive home environment
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- At least 6 months of previous caregiving or direct support experience
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Pay
$18.50 per hour
Schedule
Monday through Friday
6:30 AM to 8:30 AM
4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
