Pediatric Cardiovascular Sonographer - Full-time, Rotating Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Cardiovascular and Non-Invasive Imaging Specialist to perform and interpret echocardiographic and vascular studies.

Responsibilities

• Perform M-Mode, 2-D, Doppler echocardiographic, and vascular procedures with accurate calculations and documentation.
• Obtain patient-specific data for various age groups, anticipate physician needs, and identify potential patient issues.
• Conduct peripheral vascular tests, tilt table exams, treadmill tests, Holters, and pharmacological studies.
• Stay current with advancements in cardiovascular techniques and mentor new staff.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Required certifications: RDCS, RVT, PE, BLS, and CCI-RCS.
• Preferred experience in cardiac, vascular, pediatric, and fetal echocardiography.
• Experience as a sonographer and completion of relevant certified courses are preferred.
• Ability to interpret data considering patient age-specific needs.
